House meetings
Scheduled meetings keep the household on the same page.

Visitation, curfew, behavior
Clear, written guidelines reviewed at orientation.

Every unit is set up with safety equipment and basic monitoring. Privacy is preserved where it matters most.

Cameras
Audio and video cover common areas and front/back entrances only. Never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Recordings are used only for safety, incident review, and program compliance.
FAQ
Adults 18 and older who can live independently (no 24-hour clinical care needed), have stable income (job, SSI, SSDI, or VA benefits), agree to program rules, and complete the intake and orientation process.
Each shared unit comes furnished, with privacy curtains, fingerprint door entry, WiFi and cable, common-area monitoring (not in bedrooms or bathrooms), a resource wall with local supports, first aid kits, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers.
Program fees depend on unit configuration, home size, location, and amenities. Specific amounts are confirmed before move-in.
Cameras and audio cover common areas and front and back entrances only. There are no cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is used solely for safety, security, incident review, and program compliance.
A completed application and interview, valid ID and supporting documents, your name, phone number, and a point of contact for your current housing situation, proof of income, and agreement to program policies and fees.
Participants must be able to support their own medical and personal care needs. The program does not provide 24-hour clinical or medical supervision.
